How it works

One visit, five moments – and GuestOrbit is there for each of them.

All images come from our demo venue “Lumen Escape” with fictitious guests. This is exactly what it looks like for you – just with your logo and your colours. The team app is available in English and German.

Check-in via QR code

Guests scan a code at reception and add themselves to their booking. No app and no account needed, in your guests’ language.

Photo email and personal photo page

Every guest receives an email with a link to their photo page – with your logo, your colours and your texts. If you like, you can introduce your game master team there too.

Collect reviews

On the photo page and, if you wish, by email, GuestOrbit asks for a review – with your links to Google, Tripadvisor, Morty or Facebook.

Data protection

Your guests’ data is safe with us.

You remain the controller of your guest data; we only process it on your behalf under the GDPR. We built GuestOrbit for this from day one.

Servers in Germany

Platform and database run on our server in a German data centre.

Data Processing Agreement

You get the DPA (Art. 28 GDPR, in English and German), technical measures and the list of service providers from us.

Every venue on its own

Each venue only sees its own data – the database itself enforces the separation.

Deletion after a set period

Photos and guest data disappear automatically after the period you set.

Consents with proof

Who agreed to which text and when is recorded. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Your legal texts everywhere

Your privacy policy and your legal notice appear on every guest page. A template is included.

What you should know beforehand.

What does beta mean?: GuestOrbit runs reliably and is being developed continuously. As a beta venue, you set it up together with us, give feedback directly from the app and get new features first.
Do our guests need an app?: No. Check-in, photo page and unsubscribing all work in the browser – on any phone.
Which languages are supported?: The team app is available in English and German. Guests see check-in, photo page and emails in their language – you can offer several languages and write your texts in each of them.
Which booking systems are supported?: QuinBook is connected for coupons and the voucher bot. Check-in, photos and reviews also work without a booking system.
Who is behind GuestOrbit?: The team behind CineRoom Bamberg in Germany. We run escape rooms ourselves and developed GuestOrbit out of our own day-to-day work.
